Requires the use of an Iridium 9575 handset or other PTT-capable Iridium Subscriber Unit. If the Subscriber’s 2017 PTT Service is terminated or deactivated for any reason during or after the Term Commitment period, the MRC will be pro-rated for the month that the Subscriber’s 2017 PTT Device Plan is terminated or deactivated. MRC remains the same after the Term Commitment period as long as the Subscriber remains active. The MRC will continue to be charged while PTT Service is suspended.

If the Talkgroup is terminated or deactivated for any reason, the Talkgroup MRC will be pro-rated for the month that the Talkgroup is terminated or deactivated. The MRC will continue to be charged while the Talkgroup is suspended.

The MRC will continue to be charged while Reduced Telephony Pricing for PTT Subscribers Plan is suspended. Charges for usage above the included bundled minutes and all other charges and fees are as defined in Iridium Telephony - Postpaid Rates.
